That's unheard of with any company!) 2 muscular guys came right out and got rid of a warn out 3-piece (heavy) sectional that was in our basement. I had a large amount of items in my garage that I had collected over the years plus items left by a previous homeowner. It was more than I could handle sorting thru and disposing of. I called Property Preservation, sent images and was able to get a ballpark estimate. Troy came the next day and had everything loaded in 30 min. The actual cost was within the estimate. It would have taken me many trips to the landfill or donating so time saved and wear and tear on my car was worth it. I like the fact that Troy sorts through everything to donate or salvage before taking to the landfill.

I couldn't be happier with the Property Preservation Pros. I had brush cut and removed, 23 years of household furnishings and random rubble hauled away, not to mention the owner, Troy , is doing some drywall repair and painting. The best part is I didn't have to lift a finger and for a small fee he disposed of old cans of paint and chemicals. Totally affordable compared to renting a dumpster and doing all the work myself.

Good communication, fast work! Took them about 8 minutes to remove 3 pice couch set. Sofa, love seat & chair! Definitely recommend.
